Strong, brave and definitely worldly... Vernon is a sight to behold. He heads up his Neighbourhood Watch - making sure that streets are safe and crime free. You can see him most evenings marching through the back alleys and local parks acting as though he alone can save mankind!
Vernon is made from an antique tobacco tin, vintage metal cup, old spoons and card holder, discarded spice tin tops, old game pieces and pieces of hardware.
