Penelope is a non fuss type of a gal. She has simple pleasures in life… hanging out with friends, drinking tea and attending Dancercise classes. Her only oddball quirk is her penchant for ridiculous looking hats that really do nothing to enhance her lovely personality!
Penelope is created from a vintage 1950’s aluminum cup, antique tea tin and Jello mold, old pool cue ball, drawer handle and a variety of gears and hardware.
